The time now is 9:57am and I am wide awake. I sleep pretty early last night as I woke very early in the morning yesterday. I had to wake up at 6am! You see I had to head down to the zoo for work. Yup, I know I wrote in the previous post that I did not expect a single bit that I would get the job as I was like about 40mins late for the interview but I got the call the every next day that I got the job which got me starstruck! I suddenly feel like singing that song "Nice legs, Daisy Dukes, Makes a man go". Okay whatever, moving on! My first day was rather manageable for me but I was told that it was the most hectic one. I was like serious? Maybe cause I was already used to the pace thanks to my previous job or maybe I am not the one in charge of the show so probably it was not that hectic to me.
However what matters the most it is that I got to see so many animals! I saw so many horses around considering that I had never seen horses my entire life. I even had the chance to see the show animals face-to- face but of course seperated by the cage, i magine that it did not have the cage. I would have already been eaten by the puma or the wolf and I would not to able to type this post out and my two bosses are rather nice. One just reminds me of Ms Soo whom by the way is my secondary school DM, dont ask why but everything about just reminds me of it and the other is so fierce that her eyes balls pop out but she is the one who cares the most. Interestingly she stays at Yishun and she stays like only bus stops away from me.
I was supposed to be working today but I cannot work. Why? I am meeting Brian and Wanyee later and I had come up with some excuses so that I can meet them. I just hope that nobody from the zoo read this if not I would be thrown in the lion's den.
Lastly, my phone went off for some reason yesterday and my mother thought I was eaten by the orang utans. In the first place, since when orang utans eat meat?!?!
